    Another local lad, Gnr. William "Bill" Carl Perlick M4206 who served with the 8th Field Regiment, Royal Canadian Artillery.

    Died of Wounds September 24, 1944 at the age of 28. Son of William Edward and Emma Perlick & husband of Ruth May Perlick.

    Buried at Coriano Ridge War Cemetery near Riccione, Italy.
