Hello All,
I have been doing research on an artillery officer (Captain) who sometime around mid August 1942 was sent to Canada to attend a Staff Course, possibly in Kingston, Ontario.
At this point he disappears from the War Diaries of HQ 1st Canadian Anti-Aircraft Brigade until late in March of 1943 when he re-appears as a Major attached to HQ 1st Canadian Corps Artillery.
Does anyone know how long the Staff Course is (he is missing from my records for about 7 months). I'm thinking that there were probably more than one Staff Course held at Kingston, but would it/any of them run about 6 months in length?
Thanks for any leads
Eric
