The 425 ETAC slip-on's stand for 425 Escadron TACtique (Alouettes). That squadron is presently flying CF-18's out of 3 Wing Bagotville, QC.

Nice set. You don't see the grenade pouches too often. To be properly set up, your gas mask carrier needs to be on the left side as worn otherwise you can't access your mask.

Pattern 64 and insigna Empty Gas mask

Usually you would not have the gas mask attached to the belt, it was worn with a shoulder strap.

It can be worn either on the belt or on a sling so that when you remove your webbing you still had access to your mask. Situation dependent but Mike is correct in that we normally (not always) used the sling.

Nice! That gas mask bag looks minty. And like Steve said, good score on the grenade pouch.

Some good prices. Some WE64 pieces seem to be drying up in the market, I haven't found much of it lately. I have plenty of belts and pouches...can't seem to find any yokes.

As you can see the gas mask was sometimes carried over the shoulder without the webbing.

I can not believe anyone wanted the 64 pattern webbing. outside of the rucksack, my unit through all of theirs in the bin at clothing stores and picked up the 1951 pattern web gear. that velco stuff never held specially when you had a full canteen and the 2 tins
