Berets with embellishments Empty Berets with embellishments

Post by servicepub Wed Aug 01, 2012 8:12 pm

I am looking to add to this list of Canadian berets with embellishments. If you know of any more, or of the existence of one of these that I can photograph, I would be most grateful.

    Lorne Scots (1970s) Primrose hackle
Lanark & renfrew (1970s) red and white plume hackle
3RCR (later 4RCR) (date unknown) a white hackle
GGFG, CGG and GGHG (current) Guards Brigade flash behind badge
The Essex Regiment (Tank)(1940) A patch of Macgregor tartan is worn behind the cap badge with 1/2 inch of material showing beyond the edges of the badge, each edge to be frayed 1/4-inch, no flash is worn.
Argyll (Tank) - Diced flash behind badge
