Despite much Googling, I've been unable to find a match for these buttons anywhere online. Can someone please identify them for me? I imagine they're Army, from WWII, but that's just a guess. They're quite small, about 14mm in diameter. Thanks!

Nope, not military. Googling does not replace owning some good reference books, especially if you are going to collect. Rule No. 1 - buy some books or sign them out of the library and read up about what you want to collect - knowledge is power.
