WWI Commemorative Chocolate Bar Empty WWI Commemorative Chocolate Bar

Post by edstorey Thu Dec 04, 2014 7:40 am

A friend of mine in the UK very kindly sent me this WWI commemorative chocolate bar that Sainsbury's is selling in conjunction with the Royal British Legion.   This limited production bar marks the 100th anniversary of the Christmas Truce.   The chocolate bar add is available for viewing on Youtube and my friend was one of the 'extras' for the project.

Here is the link for that ad. I think it was a great commercial.

Other than flying over to the UK, how the heck would someone be able to purchase these without a UK contact??

WWI Commemorative Chocolate Bar Empty Photograph/Ordering

Post by edstorey Sat Dec 06, 2014 5:25 am

    George:

The photo shows my friend, the Brit, and one of the other 'extras' on the set of the advertisement.

    Cliff:

I think that they can be ordered on line. Check with Dean Owen.
